I believe that no person should be convicted to death. I believe that a person does not try to get better unless the punishment gets worse and worse.
For the first time you get in jail, you get the appropriate time in. The second time, you have the appropriate time plus 1/4 of the time of your previous conviction. 3rd time, 1/4 of the time of your 1st conviction, then 1/4 for your 2nd conviction. 4th time, 1/4 of the time of your first conviction, 1/4 of the time of your second conviction, and 1/4 of the time of your 3rd conviction, and so on and so forth.
